I can’t even imagine what it must be like to be a manager in Human Resources right now during the pandemic. I’m sure they are faced with all sorts of new challenges like how to keep employees safe and healthy. They’ve probably had to learn how to work from home while taking part in tasks they might not have ever had to do before. The paperwork alone for furloughed employees along with layoffs must be overwhelming. Are you an HR manager? Or, do you work in HR and can share what it’s like to be in HR during this time? Can anyone relate to this?

Add the continuing political divide in workplaces that can be amplified on social media. HR managers have to deal with increasing complaints of bullying and calls for censorship censorship, while companies are being asked to take a social stands on difficult issues. Interesting times.
