Found an interesting article some here may be interested in. Giving tips on drafting a solid work from home policy and some potential risks as an employer. We all know that pandemic is changing a lot about how we work. Location is no exception.

Is there anything you would add to this list? Is there anything here you would take off, or maybe see as not as important?

So relevant for many who didn’t have work from home set ups prior to COVID. I know my boyfriend was given money to get a computer and desk set up for a regular work from home “office” space. In past careers we dealt with VPN struggles and user privacy road blocks when it came to working from a new IP address. I’m sure those involved in financial services, insurance, or any type of client data handling had some obstacles when it came to security at home.
