That is a very telling number. As with many industries during the pandemic, consumers are discovering the value in remote services.
However, could the telehealth industry run the risk of opening themselves up to liability by relying on verbal instruction to inexperienced patients as with the example in the article? There could be a limit to what telehealth will be able to do. However, it seems like it will be an answer most of the non-terminal health issues people will commonly face.
