I was just discussing something similar to this the other day with a friend - will we see a big change in the types of jobs and companies out there once we are able to “resume to normal?” Or, will it be like the 2008 recession where the majority of people seem to forget that it even happened?
One thing I do think is here to stay is IT/Computer science type positions. With the world continually shifting more and more towards automation and technology, I can’t imagine those careers will go anywhere. Even with a recession, these are necessary to most businesses at the core.
