Employee Motivation working Remote

Just curious as to how managers and business leaders keep their employees motivated while working remote? That is, many office people are used to working in in-person structure with routine. Are there any strategies being employed that are different pre-Covid? Have you seen any changes to performance - both good and bad?

I check in with my team on a daily basis and stay positive to keep them motivated. It lets them know I am still available for them if they need help.

That is good info. Increase communication is key, especially with these work relationships being remote!

Need to talk to them often so they don’t feel that they are far away and forgotten

I found that working from home, I did more work. To stay motivated I talked to a team member daily

Since we are in the service industry it has been hard no being able to see the people and serve them. Its hard to counsel and comfort over a computer
