How can we rethink our supply chains to better protect us from another crisis such as COVID-19? We saw empty shelves across the US, and not just in grocery stores. Other home products ceased or lessened production leaving shortages. How can we adjust our practices on a macro scale to avoid future shortfalls in times of disaster?
