How to keep sales going through a pandemic

When COVID home lockdowns became widespread throughout the nation earlier this year, I was definitely nervous regarding how my sales would be affected. Luckily, I work from home already, so being stuck for a few months on end didn’t really affect me mentally. I went the extra mile to prioritize ALL of my clients, both big and small existing revenue-wise and let my entire roladex know that I am here to support their needs, however big or small the potential revenue size may be. All of my clients were extremely grateful for me reaching out and luckily I was able to maintain/exceed my sales goals every month. Making the extra effort to reach out to all of my clients throughout these stressful past few months has really paved the way to maintaining my position as a top of mind vendor.
