Elon Musk himself seems like a hot topic in recent years. His successes and approach to business matters are defining. There are a number of articles referencing what it is like to work for him, such as the Business Insider one linked below. It seems to line up with the article you posted, referencing points that he is diffcult to work under because of his expectations and level of thinking. One quote from the article says this about him: ‘“He’s highly intelligent. He’s already 10 steps ahead of you,” a former manager said. “You have to think 10 times more audacious than he does to be able to be successful.”’
His employees interviewed here seem to reference his intelligence, and it looks as if they look up to him and recognize what they have learned while working with him.
