- Wake up earlier than your competitors.
- Create a daily schedule to help with time management. Figure out how you are going to balance your time between prospecting new clients and following up with current clients to ensure that they are happy with the level of service you have been providing them.
- Write down your weekly/monthly/yearly personal sales goals.
- When you are exhausted and frustrated from sending 50+ prospecting emails in a day with no responses, always put in the extra effort to send 5 more emails past your original goal. Call me superstitious, but I have always found that putting in a little extra prospecting effort, always ends up getting me a response from a WHALE (big revenue) client that I have been very excited to get in contact with.
